Renovation/New Build
By working with local architect’s, as well as designing myself, I’ve been able to transform/create spaces that are not only visually pleasing, but also emote a sense of serenity. Below are a few of my newer projects.
Self designed/built 600sq’ guest cottage. The inside walls are nickel gap T&G poplar with a clear finish. Cabinets and fronts were hand-built with wall material. It has radiant floor heat, washer/dryer and full utilities. I built, installed, labored on every aspect of this project except electrical and slab pouring.
North Asheville Kitchen/Bath re-model with an addition of interior steps down to the basement. New white oak floors to match the old. Kitchen and dining were split by the old wall which made the old kitchen dark and small. Opening it up the wall, re-leveling the floors both structurally as well as shimming, brought the spaces together to make a brighter more open space.
Old carriage garage transformed into a new gym for a client in Biltmore Forest. New slab, exterior wall, patio, and custom built-ins for their equipment.
